Terms and Conditions
To secure any booking we would require 50% of total, as a holding deposit, at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the overall price on check-in in. Payments can be made in cash or bank transfer. Online reservations via Stripe payment gateway.
Booking cancelled up to 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur £25.00 administration fee. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date then a charge equal to the first night of the stay (accommodation only and sleep, park and fly packages reservations) or first week of parking (parking only reservations) will be made. If cancellation is made on the day of arrival and/or no show, reservation will be charged in full.
We will accept liability in respect of the loss or damage to your vehicle that may arise only where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved to be caused by our negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty and only if the damage is reported before you and your vehicle leave the premises. We will not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the vehicle if the customer does not inspect his vehicle and report any said damage before departing the premises.
We do not accept liability for damage to vehicles or other property arising from acts of nature as the car park is open-air surface operations. Nor will we accept responsibility for minor scratches, dents or chips to paintwork. We will also not be responsible or accept liability for any visual damage that cannot be seen and noted due to the weather conditions (i.e. rain, hail, snow or frost) or where the exterior of a vehicle is in a dirty state. We will also not accept responsibility for damaged windscreens or other glass, other than where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved to be caused by our negligence.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for any mechanical or electrical failure to vehicles whilst in its custody which includes flat batteries, key fobs, alarms and immobiliser. Nor will we accept responsibility for damaged wheels, tyres or punctured tyres, only where it the same is proved to be caused by our negligence where the same is proved and to the extent that it is proved by our negligence, wilful default or breach of statutory duty. Claims cannot be considered once vehicles have left the premises so please check your car before leaving.
Please, ensure before leaving the car park that all the windows of your vehicle are securely closed, all lights and electrical equipment are switched off and it is locked and the keys are handed over.
We are not liable or responsible for any loose items allegedly left in the customer’s vehicle. Customers should remove any such loose items before leaving the vehicle especially such items
as sat navs, loose cash & sunglasses etc, because the we cannot verify that these items were left in the vehicle.
Please, note that we have only a limited amount of parking spaces on our premises. By making a reservation you are giving us express consent to drive your vehicle.
We do not accept caravans, mobile homes, large vehicles (vans/trucks), vehicles with trailers. We reserve right to refuse entry to any vehicles we deemed unsuitable. Please, call if you need to verify/or for further details.
Our complimentary transfers to and from London Heathrow Airport start from 6 a.m. If you wish to leave before 6 a.m. you’ll need to make your own way. We do not run shuttle service, all transfers are made individually and prior arrangement is needed. Max. 4 persons/guests with max. 4 suitcases/luggage per transfer. The cost include all airport and ULEZ charges. Transfers are non transferable/non exchangeable/no monetary equivalent would be offered.
